These terms apply when you use sondr, run by Tanaka Bere. They add to Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement, which also applies. Contact: support@s-ndr.com.

Using sondr

You must be at least 13. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

Your content

Photos, captions and comments you post stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to the people you share them with, for as long as they're in the app.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

You must not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, harassing or that violates someone else's rights, and you must not abuse, threaten or impersonate other people. We have zero tolerance for this. You can report any post, comment or account in the app, and block any user. We review reports within 24 hours and will remove content and suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

The service

We work to keep sondr available and your data safe, but the app is provided as it is and may change. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
