This site provides information about SONDR, our habit and task tracking app. If you use the SONDR app, additional data practices apply (see “The SONDR app” below).
Comments
This website does not currently allow visitors to leave comments. If we enable comments in the future, we will collect the data shown in the comments form (e.g. name, email, comment text), and we may collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent to help prevent spam. An anonymised hash of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service if we use it; the Gravatar privacy policy is here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. If comments are approved, your profile picture may be visible to the public next to your comment.
Media
If you upload images to this website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors could download or extract location data from images on the site.
Cookies
We may use cookies to make the site work and to remember your preferences.
– If we add a comment feature, we may save your name, email, and website in cookies when you opt in, so you don’t have to re-enter them. Such cookies may last for one year.
– If we have a login page, we may set a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is removed when you close the browser.
– If you log in, we may set cookies to save your login and display preferences. Login cookies may last for two days (or two weeks if you choose “Remember Me”). Screen option cookies may last for a year. Logging out removes login cookies.
– If you edit or publish content, we may save an additional cookie with no personal data (e.g. post ID). It may expire after one day.

Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles) from other websites. That content behaves as if you had visited the other site. Those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, use third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including if you are logged in there.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only as needed to run the site and the SONDR app (e.g. with hosting and analytics providers, and with Firebase/Google for the app). If we offer password reset by email, the reset email may include your IP address. We will not share your data with third parties for their marketing.
How long we retain your data
– Website: If you leave a comment, we may retain the comment and its metadata so we can recognise and approve follow-up comments. If you register on the website, we store the personal information in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete it (except username); site administrators can also see and edit it.
– SONDR app: Account and app data are retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data from within the app or by contacting us.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we erase that data. This does not include data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
If you use the SONDR app, you can update or delete your account and data through the app or by contacting us.
Where your data is sent
– Website: Visitor comments may be checked by an automated spam detection service.
– SONDR app: App data (account, habits, tasks, progress, profile, friends) is processed and stored using Firebase (Google) in accordance with their privacy and data processing terms.
The SONDR app
SONDR collects the information you provide when you create an account (such as your email and username), as well as the habits, tasks, and progress data you add in the app. We use this data to run the app, sync your content across devices and when you add friends, to show your chosen progress to those friends in their feed. Profile information and any photos you upload are stored securely using industry-standard services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we use your information only to provide, improve, and secure the SONDR experience. By using SONDR, you agree to this privacy policy.
